Nicolae D. Ghişoiu

Nicolae D. Ghişoiu is a member of the Cluj Bar since 1997. He has been representing private clients and corporations in commercial and civil disputes in national courts, including the High Court of Cassation and Justice for well over 12 years. His diverse practice covers commercial and civil disputes, including, for example, nationalized or expropriated properties litigation, civil rights claims and torts, commercial disputes, insurance coverage, employment litigation, product injury litigation, condominium and cooperative apartment disputes, professional liability disputes, and bankruptcy procedure.

He is also a Certified Insolvency Lawyer and a member of the National Union of Insolvency Lawyers.

From his law office in Cluj-Napoca, Attorney Nicolae D. Ghişoiu focuses on assisting clients throughout the country. He has not just a law degree (Babeş-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca), but also a Masters in Law (LL.M.) in EU business law. He is fluent in English and has a good command of French.
